Sam s’intéresse à une femme internée dans un asile psychiatrique après avoir commis un meurtre : elle prétend qu’un ange qui lui est apparu dans une merveilleuse lumière blanche lui a demandé au nom du seigneur de tuer un homme diabolique. Et elle est le 2ème cas du genre en ville. Alors que Dean plaide pour la folie ou un démon, Sam n’exclut pas l’existence des anges…
