Sam et Dean travaillent sur une nouvelle affaire : en un an plusieurs cadavres ont été découverts dans un sale état, comme s’ils avaient été agressés par un loup. Fait étrange, il leur manque à chaque fois le coeur. La dernière victime en date est un avocat du nom de Nate Mulligan. Une jeune employée du cabinet, Madison, a retrouvé le corps au petit matin…
